These are liners for v2 and v3 BRS Replicants.

They are made of grade 5 titanium, weigh 1.2ozs altogether (0.6ozs lighter than stock rep liners) and were designed by yours truly! 

They are best installed with design #1 put on the bottom of one handle, then design #2 put on top of that. Then on the other handle, design #2 on bottom, design #1 on top. This makes the handles fully asymmetrical and brings out the true Anomalous design! 

*Blemished builds have less material around the pivot hole than normal and may have minor surface blemishes. No blems adversely effect performance.

These can take a beating, but its best to avoid bending, as the material is thin.

What is the process?

To make each liner, a g5 titanium laser cut blank has its surfaces cleaned up with a low grit belt. After doing this to each liner, all holes are reamed to achieve accurate fitment. Finally, all of the surfaces are finished with a 180 grit sanding belt. Each liner then goes through basic QC before shipping out!
