Refunds, Returns, and Repairs
All products are eligible for return and refund within 2 months of purchase if they develop performance-effecting issues through normal use. If your item has been significantly modified or damaged due to improper maintenance or negligence it is no longer eligible for a refund. Only the original owner of the product may receive a full refund, secondhand owners do not qualify. A refund or exchange will only be granted after the item has been sent in and the criteria fulfilled.
All customers are eligible for repairs at no charge, however by sending your purchase in for maintenance you agree that, although unlikely, the repair process could cause cosmetic damage to your item. In the case of irreparable damage caused directly by the repair process, a full refund or exchange will be issued. Please also consider that repairs can take up to 2 weeks to complete without notice, or longer with the owner's permission. Maintenance may include tuning, sharpening, gap fixes, blade repair, and finish repair. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for full refund.
Pre Order Refunds and Terms
The pre order holder accepts that all pre orders are subject to delays and that a delay does not result in eligibility for a refund. Refunds are available upon request, but due to the nature of pre orders, StaticKnives reserves the right to deny refund requests before the item has been sent to the customer. Once the pre ordered product has been received, all normal Refund, Return, and Repair policies apply.
In the unlikely event that a customer initiates a refund through their bank or issues a chargeback through a money transfer app in an effort to circumvent the Pre Order Terms, that customer will be banned from purchasing items from this store. If said violation is accidental or a result of miscommunication penalties may be lifted. These policies stand unless otherwise specified in a specific pre order.
