Package Loss
StaticKnives is not responsible for any packages lost by the shipper, or through theft from the customer. If a package is sent to the incorrect address due to error by StaticKnives, the customer is eligible for a full refund or replacement. If the package is sent to the incorrect address to due faulty information as entered by the customer, the customer is not eligible for a refund or replacement. When purchasing an item, it is greatly encouraged that the address entered is checked thoroughly to ensure it is correct.
Damage From Shipment
StaticKnives is not liable for any damage caused through improper handling by the shipper. All items are packed in such a way as to avoid all possible damage, however due to the nature of shipment, StaticKnives is not responsible for damage caused by the shipment company.
