For all you culinary experts now is the time! I've got an absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind chef's knife available to whoever acts first! I know you all speak details though, so here are the specs.
7" 80Crv2 carbon steel blade with a satin/mustard-etched finish and a 11" hollow S-Grind. Coming in with about 0.008" behind the edge, sharpened at 15° with distal taper along the whole blade and an OAL of about 12" this bad boy is slicey and ready to rip through some prep! The total weight is about 3.7ozs (not including the Saya) and she's beautifully balanced right where the handle ends for all you pinch grippers.
Materials: 80Crv2 blade hardened to 62HRC, Curled Spalted Maple Burl handle with Brass pins. Dual taper Bloodwood Saya with a Bloodwood and Black Walnut pin.

From vegetables to meats, nuts to fruit this can take whatever you throw at it! Hopefully no fingers though.

Avoid storing these wet while in the Saya, do not put through the dishwasher, and avoid glass cutting boards! You can do all these things, but if you do your blade will just require maintenance far more often.
