Coming in with 5.8" (147mm) of pure 80Crv2 blade, this petty knife is a bit on the large side, but will serve as an excellent tool for doing all the kitchen jobs your chef knife is too big for, and that your paring knife can't quite handle.
This blade comes with a Kydex sheath to help keep your edge fresh for longer, and at .006" behind the edge fresh it will be! Sharpened 50/50 at 15°, this knife will comfortably cut whatever you throw at it, regardless of your dominant hand!
The blue canvas micarta handle will remain waterproof for as long as this blade lasts, and the thin geometry of the handle ensures a nimble grip and ease of maneuverability no matter your hand size! Weighing only 3ozs (85g), you can comfortably use this knife for hours, easily tackling even the most tedious tasks.

Avoid storing these wet while in the sheath, do not put through the dishwasher, avoid glass cutting boards! You can do all these things, your blade will just require maintenance far more often.
